Marché Signal provides an English-language newsletter and data products about French public procurement: a free weekly issue, and paid plans (Pro and Team) offering curated tender listings, deadline and correction monitoring, eligibility notes, data downloads, alerts and API access, as described on the pricing page.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change to existing subscribers.
Pro is for one named user. Team covers up to 5 named users within one organisation. Credentials and downloads may not be shared beyond licensed users.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content and data for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, republish in bulk or redistribute paid content or datasets, or use the API to build a competing service.
We source information from official publications (BOAMP, TED, DECP) and check it carefully, but tender notices can be corrected, cancelled or be internally inconsistent. Content is provided for information only and is not legal, financial or bidding advice. Always verify the latest official tender notice before bidding.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost contracts, profits or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
We may suspend access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these terms and will notify subscribers of material changes. These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
