2. What we collect

• Newsletter: email address and subscription preferences.
• Paid plans: name, email, company, billing country, VAT number and alert preferences (sectors, regions, CPV codes).
• Correspondence you send us.
• Basic technical logs on this website (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. Why and on what legal basis (GDPR art. 6)

• Delivering subscriptions and paid services — contract.
• Sending the free newsletter — consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.
• Billing, tax and accounting — legal obligation.
• Security and service improvement — legitimate interest.

4. Who we share data with

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, invoices and VAT. Paddle collects payment details directly; we never see your full card number. See Paddle's privacy policy.
• Substack — hosts and emails the free newsletter. See Substack's privacy policy.
• Our hosting and email providers, acting as processors under contract.

We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while you subscribe and up to 24 months after; billing records as long as tax law requires; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. You may complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
